Christine has worked in the field of nutrition for over 15 years. She earned a degree in health science and dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Nevada, Reno. Christine is a Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management and has also completed the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management, Level 1 and 2. As a Registered Dietitian, Christine’s role is to be a resource that never judges her client and instead positively encourages their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. She is able to support people in making sustainable changes and achieve their health goals. Change is not easy, especially when working against years of habits, people are encouraged to tune into their true motivation for change, this can be used when times are tough. Not every client will have the same goals, Christine enjoying working with the individuals and tailoring a unique plan just for them.
