Lance received his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of North Dakota. He has worked in the hospital and outpatient clinic settings, and has a diverse experience in addiction, eating disorders, and other reward pathway dysfunctions. He worked Full-time for Northwest Weight and Wellness Center for nearly 2 years, and gathered a good experience working with pre and post bariatric surgery patients.

Lance is easy going, approachable and the care toward his patients is evident upon meeting him. Currently, he lives in Seattle, he enjoys mountain drives, playing his guitar and hangin’ with his family (Wife Sydney, and 3 cats: Nelix, Sonny and Kess)
